ALL CONTESTANTS MUST WEAR A COLLARED SHIRT
Enter as an individual, twosome or threesome, and we will put a team together for you or enter as a full team!
Entry Fee of $225 per player or $800 per 4-man team*.
*Price is $225/player for Individuals, Two, & Three-Man Teams. Four Man teams are $200/player. In order to qualify for team rate, you must register with four players; each player may pay separately.
Payment can be made by check payable to “Meadow Muffin Golf Classic”, using the link below or at the tournament (cash, check or card).
