Telephone and electric service, including a
solar panel system which generates 24,371 kilowatt hours of
electricity annually. Sewage disposal is provided by an on-site
septic system.
The irrigation well was tested in 2005 and yielded 207gpm. There
are two 5,000-gallon storage tanks and a separate booster pump to
service the residences. A seasonal creek and spring cross the
property.
