Situated among developed vineyard acreage
with prime access, this is a turn key, state-of-the-art boutique
vineyard with grape contracts through 2012. 52± acres of mature
vineyard planted on the southern facing slopes to offer the fruit
kisses from the sun. The sandy-clay-loam soils support the 566
plants per acre which are planted on a vertical trellis system
with a north-south row orientation. All plants are treated with
the "Sustainable Agriculture" style which includes close water
management of the irrigation with specific management of soil
changes. Pests are controlled with mild materials and compounds
that are plant and environment safe.
