The 37±-acre Hass Avocado orchard has a
total of 2,500± trees, an average of 100 trees per acre. They
range in age from three to ten years. The freeze in January 2007
stunted the crop until 2009; there is no projected income until
that time, and income potential will be dependant on tree
production and the avocado market. From 2005 to 2006 the orchard
produced 330 bins.
